Bombay Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 aloos, boiled and thinly sliced
  • 3 large sandwich bread slices
  • 50 gms Cremica Cheese Blend
  • 20 gms Cremica Pudina Chataka
  • 8-10 pieces sliced onion
  • 8-10 pieces sliced tomato
  • 8-10 pieces sliced capsicum
  • 8-10 pieces sliced cucumber
  • 30 gms shredded cheese
  • chaat masala to taste

Method:-

  • Spread Cheese Blend on a bread slice. Spread Pudina Chataka on top of it.
  • Add slices of aloo. Sprinkle chaat masala.
  • Top with thinly cut tomato and onion slices. Sprinkle chaat masala again.
  • Cover with the second slice of bread.
  • Spread Cheese Blend generously on top of the second slice.
  • Add cucumber, capsicum, onion and potato slices and sprinkle chaat masala. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • Spread Cheese Blend and Pudina Chataka on the third bread slice and cover the sandwich.
  • Grill and serve hot
