Orange Upside Down Cake INGREDIENTS100 gm butter100 gm Cremica Orange Crush150 gm sugar50 gm brown sugar200 gm eggs5 gm baking power25 gm corn starchFew drops vanilla essence METHODHeat oven to 1 80 c. beat butter , sugar and vanilla in large bowel till fluffy.Add eggs and beat well.Stir flour and alternally with Cremica Orange crush.Beat well till blended.Pour into prepared tin and bake for 45 mins.Cool completely and glaze with vanilla cream and fresh orange or fruit segment.
