DABELI Dabeli is a popular snack food of India, originating in the Kutch region of Gujarat.Ingredients:-3/4 pcs pav buns300 gms potato50 gms onion50 gms tomato10 gms Oil2-3 green chillies25-30 roasted peanuts5 gms finely chopped ginger50 gms Imli Chataka8 gms Pudina Chataka15 gms pav-bhaji masala5 gms sugarFinely chopped dhaniya pattapomegranate seeds & bhujiya for garnishchaat masala and salt to taste Method:-Heat the oil and pop the rai and kadi patta for a few seconds.Add the aloo and salt to taste and mash while heating for 2 to 5 minutes.Remove the pan from the stove and add the Pudina and Imli Chataka.Cool and roll the cooked aloo into balls of the size of the pav bread.Make the coating paste.Dip the aloo balls in the coating and fry till golden brown.Drain and cover with paper towels.Cut the pav in half, butter and toast on a grill or pan.Apply Pudina Chataka generously on the top half and Imli Chataka on the bottom half.Place the aloo vada on the bun and sprinkle with finely chopped dhaniya.Cover with the top bun and press to mash the vada slightly.Serve hot
