Bombay Sandwich Ingredients2 aloos, boiled and thinly sliced3 large sandwich bread slices50 gms Cremica Cheese Blend20 gms Cremica Pudina Chataka8-10 pieces sliced onion8-10 pieces sliced tomato8-10 pieces sliced capsicum8-10 pieces sliced cucumber30 gms shredded cheesechaat masala to tasteMethod:-Spread Cheese Blend on a bread slice. Spread Pudina Chataka on top of it.Add slices of aloo. Sprinkle chaat masala.Top with thinly cut tomato and onion slices. Sprinkle chaat masala again.Cover with the second slice of bread.Spread Cheese Blend generously on top of the second slice.Add cucumber, capsicum, onion and potato slices and sprinkle chaat masala. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.Spread Cheese Blend and Pudina Chataka on the third bread slice and cover the sandwich.Grill and serve hot
